HOW TO PREPARE OGBONO SOUP
ọgbọnọ soup is a very tasty Nigerian soup commonly known for its slimy nature. It is very nutritious as it contains all the classes of food. It has a very delicious taste that makes it so irresistible to people.

The onions adds special flavor to the soup. It plays a major role in the soup. It contains vitamins. You can get the onions from any foodstuff shop or market in Nigeria.
The pepper has a unique taste and enhancement it gives to the soup that makes it an ingredient that we cannot do without. We have fresh and dry ones. Both serve the same purpose. It is a source of vitamin and mineral salt. You can get them in shops or food stuff markets in Nigeria.
